Hi Family,

Thanks again to all the all the family members who put up with our obsessive nature and who have given us advice and support during the home restoration process. We sleep on real beds and in real bedrooms now, so come visit at any time. The magnolias, azaleas, plum and cherry trees, and daffodils are in bloom and we look forward to the chance to show you around Corvallis.

Also, a bit of a paradigm shift: in the future, the blog will focus less on our noobishness at home improvement more on our noobishness at family augmentation. Holy guacamole, we have no idea what we’re doing. Something about the back of a taxi cab and holding a newborn upside-down by its feet and smacking its bottom till it cries.
